The impact would be far reaching on our country.

So many benefits besides slowing a spread of a virus. Less taxing on our healthcare system, more productivity, environmental benefits.

This is a subject I am passionate about for several reasons. Covid has given me more inspiration. I’ve listened to quite a few podcasts and all the experts basically confirm being healthier would go a long way to fighting off this virus. By healthier eating, I’m 49 years old and not taking a pill for anything at this point. Last obstacle which I am currently working on is dropping some fat. Ideally I need to drop another 30 pounds.

I hope one more thing that comes from this is people start making more of an effort to buy local food. By doing that it forces the food supply chain to adjust and when this happens again we won’t have the same problems with distributing food.
